About Carissa

Branding | Marketing | Editorial | Vector Illustration | generative ai

Graduated from SCAD in 2025, Carissa Han is a graphic designer and illustrator who likes turning ideas into bright little worlds filled with color, character, and stories. Her work lives across branding, marketing, and editorial, often shaped through vectors that bring a playful, expressive edge to every project.

She has worked with nonprofits, startups, and agencies across industries including social welfare, education, tech, sports, fashion, and publishing, building visuals that not only look alive but also perform. She approaches design with a structured, almost engineering mindset, always thinking about how something feels, works, and connects.

Her work is driven by two simple goals: help people feel something, and help brands grow in ways that can be seen and measured. Lately, she has also been exploring AI as part of her creative process, treating it as another tool to expand how these worlds can be made.

Outside of work, she likes spending time at the gym, listening to music, and taking photos of whatever catches her eye. She pays attention, asks questions, and is always open to a good conversation.

Carissa is currently only looking for full-time or part-time designer positions at companies seeking in-house creatives or agencies. Schedule a chat with her to discuss how you can design something and make a change together!
